I have made a few World War II propaganda poster t shirts that I have liked for some time now. I remember seeing the “HE’S WATCHING YOU” with the German soldier and very much liking the striking simplicity of the art work. It was very effective to have just a single face peering at the viewer and message that you are being spied on in whatever you are involved in during the war. Of the designs that I have, there are mostly American…such as the “AMERICANS WILL ALWAYS FIGHT FOR LIBERTY” and “I’LL GIVE ‘EM HELL…JUST GIVE ME THE GUNS”. The latter was originally “YOU GIVE ME THE STUFF”, which I thought was rather ambiguous and change it to also have a pro-gun theme. Here’s some pic’s:
